Beauty products and the rise of the hijab

Huda Beauty Supply is a small cosmetics company that’s been making beauty products since 1995.

Now, the company is hoping to make it bigger.

(CBC)”We really want to change the way that beauty is being sold,” says co-founder and CEO Shai Barani.

“We’re looking at how to increase sales volume, expand into other segments of the market, but most importantly, to increase our revenue,” she says.

Shai and her co-founders Shana and Yael, have a long history of working together.

“I’ve worked with Shana for years and years.

She’s one of the most important people in my life.

She is my best friend,” Barani says.

Barani, along with co-Founder and CEO Yael Barani , have a lot of experience in the beauty industry.

“Huda Beauty has been around for 15 years.

We have some pretty big names that work with us, we have some really big names in the space that have been working with us,” Barini says.

“The way we’ve done business is a little bit different, we’ve started with a small business, we got some of our employees hired, we were able to get into the big stores.”

Barani was born in Israel and grew up in Toronto.

She graduated with a degree in business from McGill University and worked for some of the biggest beauty brands in the world, including the Lancôme, Sephora and L’Oreal brands.

“It was just an incredible opportunity to grow into a global company,” Barri says.

But, the business did not last long.

“When I was young, I was doing the same thing that I’m doing now.

I was working as a sales rep at a lot, a lot larger retailers, so I got really frustrated with it and wanted to make some changes,” she recalls.

Barri went back to school, but it was not an easy journey.

“One of the hardest things to do was to change my mindset and look at what it really takes to succeed in business,” she explains.

Bariri says she has a lot to learn.

“You have to think long and hard about what your product is.

Is it really something you’re going to be selling?

Is it something that people are going to use?

Is that the way you want to grow your business?

It’s not like I was sitting there and thinking, ‘Oh, I’m going to start my own company.’ “

But then I took a long break.

It’s not like I was sitting there and thinking, ‘Oh, I’m going to start my own company.’

It was something that was kind of on my mind.

And I didn’t really have that time.”

After a year, Barri returned to school.

It was a good learning experience.

As a senior, Bariri decided to study business. “

And I think that was a huge shift in my thinking, and it was actually a big step for me,” Bari says.

“At that point, I really started to realize that I really needed to be focused on the business side of things,” she remembers.

Bari is now an independent investor in her own company, Huda Business Solutions.

She started working on a business plan to sell her beauty products.

“For me, it was really about building the product, getting the product to market, and building a loyal customer base.

And so I started working with my partner, Yael.

I came up with a business model, we built a product, we launched the product and the customer base grew, and that was really important for me to build that relationship with my customers.”

The brand has been making cosmetics since 1995, and has been selling in beauty stores across Canada since 2012.

Baroni says she is not a big beauty fan.

“My favorite beauty brand is probably Lancômes.

I love Lancômans and I think they’re amazing, but I love the makeup brand Hada Labo as well,” she muses.

Barini believes the beauty space has been growing at an incredible pace, but is not getting enough attention.

“There are some big brands out there that are starting to take on the space and make it more interesting and to give it a more commercial feel,” she said.

“So, we want to make sure that beauty and beauty products are seen as a way to make money.”
